Job Description
Business Office Manager (Full‑Time) Sunnyvale Post Acute - Sunnyvale, CA Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our skilled nursing facility team full‑time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SNF billing and business office operations and thrive in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all business office functions, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable Manage SNF Medicare, Medi‑Cal, and insurance billing with accuracy and timeliness Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations Coordinate with corporate and facility leadership on financial reporting Supervise and support business office staff Work closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure proper documentation and reimbursement
Qualifications Required:
Proven SNF billing experience Prior experience as a Business Office Manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medi‑Cal, and managed care processes Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead a team effectivelyCompensation & Benefits Salary:
