Preferred qualifications:
10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects. Experience in machine learning platforms and systems with knowledge of design and deployment of these systems. Understanding of the software stack. Excellent engineering program management skills, with the ability to successfully drive and land complex cross-functional programs in infrastructure efficiency in the area of compute, storage, and ML hardware/software resource efficiency programs for the data center. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead large cross-cutting programs within infrastructure products and services. Develop strong partnerships with engineering and the Google product area, and deliver software products and services. Drive the delivery of software products while understanding reliability and efficiency tradeoffs, and customer adoption at scale. Scale the engineering program management function for the Compute infrastructure and Spatial Flex Program Management Office (PMO) team to address the highest priority needs of the business.
