We are looking for someone friendly, organized, reliable, and comfortable speaking with families. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, and helping support the day-to-day flow of the clinic. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems Handle all front desk duties including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information Maintain organized electronic filing systems, for easy access to documents Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and our EMR Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, calendar management, and coordinating meetings Assist with Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills for effective communication with clients and team members Strong typing speed and data entry accuracy to handle high-volume tasks efficiently Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, proofreading, and document management Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools and office technologies Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
