As a growing practice, we are passionate about helping families build their futures. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in the fertility field to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth. Position Overview We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our center. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working in a fertility or reproductive endocrinology setting and a proven ability to manage both administrative and clinical operations in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Compliance Oversee all day-to-day clinic operations, including front office, scheduling, patient services, accounting, and medical records Maintain OSHA compliance and ensure clinic adherence to all regulatory standards Manage all necessary licensing and certifications Experience with surgery center accreditation is a strong plus Perform risk management assessments and implement corrective actions as needed Handle all IT coordination with external IT technicians Vendor & Resource Management Coordinate internal resources and manage relationships with all third-party vendors Oversee accounts payable processing, including payment requests, authorization, and timely disbursements Work with Workers' Compensation representatives as needed Clinical & Administrative Support Supervise front office staff and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless back-office operations Maintain strong working knowledge of EMR systems and ensure accurate patient data management Apply billing knowledge to support revenue cycle operations Provide patient financial consulting and support Leadership & Financial Supervise, mentor, and develop staff; continually cultivate leadership skills across the team Process payroll; QuickBooks experience is a plus Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure effective project execution RequirementsExperience (Required) 7+ years of Office Management experience in a medical setting 7+ years of direct experience in fertility, infertility, or reproductive endocrinology Skills & Competencies Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with
EMR / EIVF
systems and medical billing Payroll processing experience; QuickBooks knowledge preferred Solid organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy clinical environment Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
