Office Administrator Whittier, CA $18.21 per hour Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-4:00 PM We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional Office Administrator to join our team in Whittier, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent customer service while supporting daily office operations. Job Summary The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily office activities and helping maintain efficient workflow throughout the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to multitask while providing support to customers, vendors, and team members. Responsibilities Administrative Support Schedule appointments and coordinate estimator calendars Prepare proposals and follow up with customers Process invoices and collect payments Process and manage customer orders Assist customers and contractors with product sales Office Responsibilities Maintain an organized and professional office environment Manage filing systems and office records Follow up on customer orders and updates Coordinate will-call order pickups Complete invoice cost breakdowns Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet and assist showroom visitors Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude with a professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required College coursework or occupational training is a plus Experience in the glass or construction industry is a plus, but not required Apply Today If interested, please send your resume to You may also contact our office at 714-332-4222 Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM for additional information.
