The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is a strong fit for someone with advanced Excel skills and a sharp eye for accuracy who enjoys keeping information clean, current, and well-organized. This is a full-time, exempt position. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate, high-volume data entry across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems Build, maintain, and update Excel workbooks using formulas, pivot tables, and basic reporting Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, and maintain organized records Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general correspondence Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed Order and track office supplies and inventory Greet visitors and provide general front-desk support Assist with mailings, scanning, copying, and other clerical tasks Support other departments and team members with administrative needs as they arise Required Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or data entry role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including formulas, sorting/filtering, and pivot tables Fast and accurate typing with excellent attention to detail Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear written and verbal communication Ability to handle confidential information with discretion High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or relevant certification Experience with Sage Accounting Software.
