The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably some construction experience but not a requirement. Responsibilities Greet clients, vendors, suppliers, etc. Manage office operations and administrative procedures Creating Invoices, Filing, Scanning Provide administrative support to management as needed Additional duties as required Requirement High school diploma required Bilingual is a must, strong communicator Previous experience working with a construction company is a plus Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Takes initiative; goes beyond assigned duties Excellent computer skills, including
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Quickbooks Industry:
