`MUST
HAVE A MIN OF 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A FIELD SIMILAR TO OFFICE MANAGMENT ROLE. MUST BE PROFESSIONAL
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office environment.Your duties will include:
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Handling budgeting and financial tasks using QuickBooks
- Coordinating vendor relationships and managing contracts
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Supervising and supporting office staff to ensure a productive work environment ```Skills```
MUST HAVE
- Strong clerical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in office management tasks
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Effective vendor management skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Excellent schedule management capabilities
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
