`MUST
HAVE A MIN OF 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A FIELD SIMILAR TO OFFICE MANAGMENT ROLE. MUST BE PROFESSIONAL
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office environment.
Your duties will include:
  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Handling budgeting and financial tasks using QuickBooks
  • Coordinating vendor relationships and managing contracts
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments
  • Supervising and supporting office staff to ensure a productive work environment ```Skills```
MUST HAVE
  • Strong clerical and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in office management tasks
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Effective vendor management skills
  • Proficient in administrative tasks
  • Excellent schedule management capabilities
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
