We have a multi-specialty practice and are seeking a full-time office manager to join our team. Looking to find a long term employee who loves the dental field and thrives on providing outstanding patient relations and care. The office manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive culture in the offices which they oversee. They are responsible for oversight and management of all dentists and specialists to ensure productive schedules. The Manager will work to implement systems in the dental offices to ensure an efficient, productive and profitable work environment. Performs Human Resources related functions, such as interviewing and selecting, Performance Appraisals, Disciplinary Actions, Salary Administration, oversight of bonus structure and human resource paperwork for all staff. Provide effective leadership, coaching and mentoring to all staff members in an effort to identify and implement opportunities for improvement as well as provide value to each employee within the company. Effectively implement best operational practices by ensuring all staff fulfill assigned duties, monitor employee performance and ensure efficient operational practices are in place. Must keep commitments and keep manager informed of work progress, timetables, and issues on a daily basis. Provide daily feedback to all staff in an effort for both the employee and company to reach daily and monthly goals. Determine and maintain efficient staffing levels by interviewing, hiring, training, developing, coaching, counseling, supervising, evaluating, and terminating staff as needed. Assess, investigate, and resolve staff and patient issues by analyzing the facts and circumstances to develop timely, effective, logical yet creative solutions. Lead and participate in daily check-in's and meetings as required. Lead monthly full staff meetings. Lead monthly or bi-weekly meetings with office managers to discuss office management as well as A/R. Financial Responsibilities Manage expenses to achieve monthly budget. Ensure and drive year over year revenue and profit growth. Implement, and ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols. Provide feedback regarding specific tactics that change financial and patient outcomes such that the rest of the organization can benefit. Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to annual office budget to allow for autonomy of day-to-day decisions, ensure P&L management and profitability of office. Ensure on a daily basis that overall patient payment and insurance payments match daily report. Follow up on
