The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Support front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth guest experiences. Supervise and train front desk staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring high-quality customer service. Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and adherence to hotel policies. Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest services. Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures for front desk operations. Monitor guest relations activities to enhance overall satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, preferably with a focus on front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele. Strong background in customer service within the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on guest services and relations. Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus, along with experience using hotel management software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by strong organizational abilities.
