Job Description

Office Administrator Hire Quest Direct - Denver, CO Hire Quest Direct provides specialized temporary staffing services focused on general labor, industrial, and construction personnel. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Denver branch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day. Position Overview The Office Administrator is responsible for dispatching temporary employees, coordinating daily operations, maintaining employee and customer records, processing payroll, and supporting overall branch operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring excellent service for both customers and temporary employees while supporting the growth and success of the branch. Key Responsibilities Maintain strong communication with customers, temporary employees, and internal team members Take inbound staffing orders from new and existing customers and enter them into the dispatch system Coordinate daily dispatch operations and prepare work tickets for assignments Assist temporary employees with onboarding, applications, and employment eligibility requirements Maintain employee files, customer records, and other required documentation Utilize messaging systems and recruiting efforts to source available workers for open job orders Process payroll for field team members Assist with customer account setup and ensure applications are completed accurately Support collections and customer payment follow-up when needed Build customer relationships by following up on inactive accounts and repeat business opportunities Resolve customer concerns through problem solving and communication with management Assist with distributing and collecting safety equipment for employees Help maintain operational standards and office organization Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and sense of urgency Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Honest, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Experience Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in staffing, construction, industrial, or another high-volume environment Staffing industry experience preferred but not required Why Join Hire Quest Direct?
