Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Job Summary We're seeking a passionate, organized, and energetic Office Manager to support the daily operations of our preschool while helping maintain a safe, nurturing, organized, and positive environment for children, families, and staff. In this role, the Office Manager will help ensure smooth day-to-day school operations, support licensing compliance, assist with family communication, and manage a variety of administrative responsibilities that keep the program running effectively. The Office Manager plays a key role within the school community and helps ensure the center operates professionally, efficiently, and successfully each day. What you'll do Track and maintain required documentation such as immunizations, health records, staff certifications, and training requirements to ensure ongoing compliance. Conduct routine file audits to ensure all records remain complete, current, and licensing-ready. Assist with billing support, tuition processing, and maintaining accurate financial or enrollment records as needed. Monitor classroom supply levels and assist with ordering, organizing, and distributing materials and office supplies. Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential child and staff files in compliance with state licensing regulations and school policies. Support enrollment processes, including application paperwork, waitlist management, and family onboarding. Willingness and ability to step into classrooms as needed to support ratio requirements, assist with break coverage, and help maintain a consistent and supportive classroom environment when necessary. What we're looking for Previous experience in office administration, administrative support, or operations management, ideally within a preschool, childcare, or educational setting. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements related to childcare operations Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to effectively support staff and families. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced school environment. Passion for creating a positive, nurturing, and collaborative school culture for children, families, and staff. Salary Range:
