Posting Date 06/10/2026 2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of America Job Description The Office of the Mayor reports into the CEO and works directly with the senior leaders of DaVita. This team works slide by side with our Corporate Strategy team to bring our strategy to life. The project manager will work with a team of highly motivated individuals with backgrounds ranging from management consulting to project management to healthcare delivery. They have the ability to drive a strong, inclusive culture that empowers and engages their project teams. As a project leader, they will effectively supervise work streams with dependencies on many different business units and collaborate well throughout the organization. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Uses hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunities Structures and develops improvement opportunities Builds and reviews sophisticated models and conducts financial planning and analyses to assess impact on business metrics Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories; builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentations. Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences Successfully manages relationships with senior business leaders and influences diverse group of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills Cultivates high level of collaboration in team & partner relationships. Evaluates and deploys project team resources to ensure all timelines and deliverables are met Builds and manages project plans that drive accountability for complex, cross-functional initiatives Takes accountability for results and motivates, coaches and develops members of the project team Up to 25% travel may be required at times (depending on your home location) Minimum Qualifications Experience working in large-scale business transformation teams from concept through implementation with tangible impact on operating/financial performance 3-5 years of total work experience in progressive roles
