Job Description:
Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to support daily operations and ensure our office functions effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes initiative to improve functionality. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to leadership and team members
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Organize and maintain office inventory using accurate filing systems
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and invoice processing
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Assist with logistics for conferences, workshops and team gatherings
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and organized workplace
  • Support onboarding of new employees Qualifications & Skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative, office management, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive
  • Experience in bookkeeping is an asset Preferred Attributes
