Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to support daily operations and ensure our office functions effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes initiative to improve functionality. Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support to leadership and team members
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Organize and maintain office inventory using accurate filing systems
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and invoice processing
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Assist with logistics for conferences, workshops and team gatherings
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and organized workplace
- Support onboarding of new employees Qualifications & Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in an administrative, office management, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and use sound judgment
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive
- Experience in bookkeeping is an asset Preferred Attributes
