  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment.
This pivotal role involves overseeing administrative functions, managing vendor relationships, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a passion for creating efficient, welcoming workspaces that foster team success. As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office operations, driving productivity and maintaining a positive atmosphere for all team members. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately Coordinate event planning activities, including logistics, vendor negotiations, and onsite arrangements Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance Handle vendor management by sourcing supplies, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong professional relationships Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing payroll processes, and supporting employee development initiatives Implement budgeting strategies to optimize office expenses while maintaining quality standards Manage front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, greeting visitors, and phone etiquette Organize filing systems—both digital and paper—to ensure easy access to important documents Support medical office management tasks if applicable, including appointment scheduling and patient record organization Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or comparable bookkeeping software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors, clients, and team members professionally Experience in event planning and vendor management to coordinate meetings and company events seamlessly Knowledge of human resources processes including payroll administration and employee onboarding Familiarity with budgeting practices and financial recordkeeping Demonstrated ability to supervise staff while fostering a collaborative team environment Proficiency in handling clerical tasks such as filing, calendar management, and front desk operations Experience managing multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette Background in Hospitality 2+ years required Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to workflow improvements Join us as an Office Manager to energize our workplace!
