We're looking for a Front Office Administrator to be the welcoming face and steady hand at our boutique car dealership. This role is central to keeping our office organized and our client experience top-notch. We're lifelong car enthusiasts who take pride not only in bringing fun, unique vehicles to market but also in creating a positive, professional dealership environment. We're looking for someone who can help us carry that reputation forward.
What You'll Do:
Your responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to): Greeting clients in person and over the phone, ensuring a friendly first impression Answering and directing calls, taking messages, and assisting with client scheduling Assisting clients during vehicle pick-up and drop-off Creating and processing invoices, payments, and receipts Handling paperwork for consignment vehicles Assisting with deal paperwork and title/registration prep Filing costs/invoices for inventory and service vehicles Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipping (FedEx, USPS, transport companies) Tracking and organizing vehicle keys, documents, and files Assisting with scheduled service appointments in our system (TechMetric) Supporting staff with day-to-day admin tasks and special projects Maintaining an organized front office Occasionally helping with vendor communications and errands Being comfortable around our shop dogs (who occasionally come to visit!) What We're Looking For A welcoming, professional personality with strong communication skills Well-organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks smoothly Some proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace General business/admin knowledge (auto industry experience is a plus, but not required) A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work closely with our office manager and staffPosition Details Schedule:
Part-time to start (24-32 hours/week), with the opportunity to grow into full-time (40 hours) as the role expands. Flexible scheduling within Mon-Friday 9:45 am -6:00pm. Must work Saturdays 9:45 am-4:00 pmCompensation:
$20-$24/hour, depending on experience. Raise is typically provided after a 1-2-month training period.Benefits:
