This role is essential in ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly while maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a background in office management, bookkeeping, and human resources. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including clerical and administrative tasks Oversee bookkeeping activities, including payroll processing and budgeting Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and financial reporting Coordinate event planning and vendor management for office functions Supervise and train office staff, fostering a collaborative team environment Maintain filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible Handle front desk responsibilities, including managing multi-line phone systems and calendar management Support human resources functions, including employee onboarding and training & development initiatives Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while promoting effective communication within the team Skills Proven experience in office management with strong organizational skills Proficiency in QuickBooks and other bookkeeping software Familiarity with construction office management is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong supervisory experience with the ability to manage a team effectively Experience in schedule management, event planning, and vendor relations Ability to maintain professionalism in phone etiquette while handling inquiries Competence in budgeting, payroll, clerical duties, and administrative tasks If you are passionate about creating an efficient work environment while managing financial records accurately, we encourage you to apply for this dynamic role as an Office Manager / Bookkeeper.
