Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily office functions, providing exceptional support to staff, clients, and visitors alike. As an energetic and proactive professional, you will manage administrative tasks with efficiency and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming environment that fosters productivity and collaboration. Your expertise in office management, communication, and technology will be essential in maintaining an organized, efficient workspace that supports our company's growth and success. Responsibilities a. To take incoming phone calls and direct them where needed. b. To greet and direct visitors who come to the branch. c. To receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail. d. Help various departments with clerical duties such as typing reports, spreadsheets, taking notes in meetings, making copies of documents. e. Perform Final Acceptance. f. AP/AR data entry into Epicor System for receipt and billing requirements. g. Manage and operate office equipment. h. Prepare employee payroll documents for head office. i. Prepare employee benefit documentation. j. Complete Health and Safety Orientations as required. k. Prepare orders for supplies. l. Communicate regularly with head office. Responsibilities in Quality Assurance and Health and Safety as outlined in RDI's Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Safety Manuals. Experience Proven office administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook), and data entry skills Experience working with phone systems and handling front desk responsibilities with excellent phone etiquette Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management is essential Join us in a role where your organizational talents shine! Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
