Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working, and self-motivated. We are looking for candidates that are able to work 35-40 hours per week, including weekend availability. Benefits $18-21.50/ hour, plus tips. (total with tips: $22.00-25.00/hr) After 6 months of employment Team Members are eligible for our PTO program as well as ur 401K program. Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed Maintain excellent customer service standards Manage profit and loss figures Make sure staff adheres to store policies Staff evaluations Scheduling Store ordering and organization Qualifications Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize Barista Experience Leadership/management experience preferred.
