Office Manager Gifted Development Center Westminster, CO Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $54,000 a year 23 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Team management Organizational skills Video conferences (communication methods) Office management Appointment scheduling Full Job Description Position Overview Gifted Development Center (GDC), a leader in supporting the unique needs of gifted individuals and their families, is seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will ensure the seamless daily operations of our office while being a welcoming and empathetic presence for clients, colleagues, and collaborators. As the first point of contact, you will embody our mission of supporting gifted individuals and their families with care, professionalism, and kindness. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inquiries from potential and existing clients via phone and email
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors
  • Create, maintain, and organize client files, including scoring forms
  • Arrange initial consultations and post-test conferences for clients with Dr. Linda Silverman and Dr. Amy Molina
  • Manage schedules for Dr. Silverman's meetings and collaborations
  • Coordinate client testing with testers
  • Set up and distribute Zoom meeting links to appropriate participants
  • Prepare and send invoices, ensuring accuracy
  • Open and close the office daily ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Collaborate on projects, team initiatives, and assist with special projects as needed
  • Facilitate preparation for quarterly Board Meetings Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in technology, including Zoom, Adobe, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace (or willingness to learn)
  • Creative problem-solving ability and a calm demeanor under pressure
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving processes
  • A commitment to fostering a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for clients and colleagues alike Compensation
  • $45,000-$54,000 DOE

  • Partial Healthcare Coverage Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
