Job Description

Office Administration Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks. Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally. Maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor services. Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems. Assist with HR-related administrative duties, including onboarding paperwork. Bookkeeping & Accounting Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Process invoices, payments, and bank deposits. Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records. Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements. Support month-end and year-end accounting procedures. Work with accountants during audits and tax preparation.
Pay:
From $24.00 per hour
