Job Description

Job description: Office Administrator (Electrical) Office Location - Bethel, CT. We're growing and looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator with experience in the electrical and / or construction industry to join our team! If you thrive in a fast paced environment, enjoy keeping things running smoothly, and understand the ins and outs of construction workflows - we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do :
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate schedules, service calls, prepare proposals, job documentation and data entry.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors and field staff.
  • Assist with permits, compliance paperwork, job tracking.
  • Maintain organized records and support project managers.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong knowledge of job costing, scheduling, or project coordination, proficiency in Excel, Word, and / or job management software.
  • Experience in electrical, construction, or trades-based office work.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to stay organized in a busy team-oriented environment.
