Our Skilled Nursing Facility is searching for an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our leadership team and help ensure smooth, efficient, and resident-focused operations. Position Overview As the Business Office Manager, you will oversee the financial and administrative functions of the facility, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff. This is a key leadership role that directly impacts the success of the facility.
