Job Description

Harbor Village Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a Short-Term Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility located in a quaint location of New London is seeking an Enthusiastic Business Office Manager/Biller (BOM) to join our team! Skilled Nursing Facility billing experience required The primary purpose of the Business Office Manager/Biller is to be responsible for overall financial functions and controls within the Long-term Care facility business office. This employee focuses primarily on maximizing cash flow through efficient billing and collection processes, and as such is responsible for managing the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions according to the organization's established policies and procedures or as may be directed by the Director of Revenue Cycle and/or the facility Administrator. The BOM must have great personal skills, be organized and have the ability to multitask, the BOM plays a key role in the management team of the facility. The BOM is responsible for overseeing the receptionist and AP coordinator.
