Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily administrative operations and manage financial records with precision. This vital role combines office management responsibilities with bookkeeping duties, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment while maintaining accurate financial data. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills, to support a vibrant team and provide exceptional customer service. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent phone etiquette and customer support Maintain organized filing systems, handle data entry, and perform proofreading to ensure document accuracy Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial recordkeeping Support office management activities by overseeing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general administrative functions Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing Google Workspace documents, and supporting medical or dental receptionist responsibilities if applicable Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive client relationships Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for efficient financial and administrative tasks Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent computer literacy including familiarity with Google Workspace tools and data entry procedures Demonstrated experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on clerical support and customer service Knowledge of phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems for professional communication Experience in bookkeeping or accounting practices related to small business or office settings Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in all responsibilities Join our team as an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to bring energy, organization, and professionalism to our workplace.
