Job Description

Office Manager sought by New Scoop LLC in Waterford, CT. Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding policies & procedures. Provide employees w/ guidance in handling difficult problems or in resolving escalated disputes. Discuss job performance problems w/ employees to identify causes & issues & to work on resolving problems. Prep work schedules, & duty assignments for the staff. Interpret & communicate work procedures & co. policies to staff. Evaluate employees' job performance & conformance to regulations & recommend appropriate personnel action. Train or instruct employees in job duties or co. policies or arrange for training to be provided. Dvlp work schedules according to budgets & workloads. Candidate should have a U.S. HS dipl. or its foreign equiv & 24 months of exp in the job offered or rltd filed of managing self-owned business. 40 hrs/wk.
