Must be fluent in Spanish and English. This role requires unique blend of business development and strict regulatory discipline. You will be responsible for converting incoming inquiries into school enrollments while managing all mandatory Connecticut DMV student paperwork, test dates, certificates, and course scheduling. The ideal candidate is a detailed-oriented multi-tasker with inside sales experience and familiarity with motor vehicle department processing.
Responsibilities Sales & Enrollment:
Handle incoming calls and digital leads from parents and students, explain course structures (e.g.,8 hour safe driving vs. full courses), and close enrollment.
Schedule Optimization:
Coordinate and manage daily calendars for driving instructors to maximize vehicle utilization and student lesson completion.
Customer Service & Operations:
Serve as the main point of contact for client billing, parent inquiries, and general office administration. Handle and maintaining personnel records. Plan and organize company events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement and professional growth. Manage communication channels including multi-line phone systems, email and text correspondence, and client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional environment. Familiarity with excel and word or comparable bookkeeping/accounting software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules efficiently across multiple priorities. Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and maintaining professional relationships. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and exceptional phone etiquette. Ability to handle tasks accurately while maintaining attention to detail in bookkeeping activities. Experience with event planning, calendar management, filing systems, and front desk operations.
