Office Manager | Legal Industry | Washington, DC | $80K Base A growing law firm in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support a fast-paced legal team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an organized, client-facing environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. What You'll Do Manage daily office operations and administrative functions Handle billing and invoicing responsibilities Coordinate with attorneys, staff, and vendors Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and office organization Support marketing and social media initiatives when needed What They're Looking For 5+ years of office management or similar experience Prior billing experience required Strong organizational and communication skills Social media and marketing experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
