$35K-$52K annually , depending on experience
Experience Preferred:
CPA firm, law firm, tax office, accounting office, or professional services environment Whitman Advisory is working with a growing public accounting firm seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Administrator to support daily office operations, client communication, scheduling, and document management. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, staying organized, supporting a busy professional team, and building long-term relationships with clients and coworkers.
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Greeting clients professionally Scheduling appointments for multiple professionals Managing calendars and meeting documents Scanning, routing, and organizing client documents Accepting and posting client payments Supporting client document portals Preparing outgoing mail and faxing documents Binding financial reports, tax returns, and client deliverables Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area Providing administrative support to leadership and office management
Qualifications:
