Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders, and maintain filing systems to ensure seamless document management Perform data entry, proofread documents, and handle correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents to optimize office workflow Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in both bilingual (English/Spanish or other) communication Experience Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing effective phone etiquette Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist (dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus) Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated ability to manage calendar schedules, perform data entry accurately, and support overall office operations Join us as an Office Administrator to bring energy, efficiency, and professionalism to our team!
