Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support the front desk operations, ensure outstanding guest services, and assist in managing daily front office functions. Your leadership will help create a seamless check-in experience and foster guest satisfaction at every touchpoint. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest services and maintain high standards of hospitality. Support the management of guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm. Supervise night audit procedures, reconciling accounts and ensuring financial accuracy overnight. Maintain effective communication across departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Manage multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and Bilingual communication skills when needed. Support training staff on customer service excellence, hotel policies, and hospitality standards. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services within a resort or hotel environment. Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and customer service best practices. Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest needs effectively. Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is desirable. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Prior hotel experience with a focus on guest services, hospitality standards, and front desk operations is essential.
