This energetic role requires a proactive individual who can streamline office functions, manage vendor relationships, oversee financial tasks, and support a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for maintaining an efficient and welcoming office environment. Join us to drive operational excellence and contribute to our dealership's success! Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and exceptional front desk service Handle vendor management by coordinating service providers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining positive relationships Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking Oversee payroll processing and human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and compliance with employment laws Manage office supplies inventory, filing systems, and ensure adherence to confidentiality protocols Qualifications Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management tools, multi-line phone systems, and general bookkeeping software Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting Experience in event planning, vendor management, payroll administration, and human resources practices Background in office management with clerical and administrative expertise including filing systems and Motor Vehicle skills a plus Join our team to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
