This pivotal role combines client relationship management with efficient office oversight, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead administrative functions, coordinate client interactions, and support team success in a vibrant professional setting. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects, managing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy through multi-line phone systems and front desk interactions. Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings to optimize team productivity. Handle human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll processing. Handle inbound calls and guide conversations with ease and professionalism Maintain accurate filing systems, manage document organization, and ensure compliance with office policies and procedures. Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle front desk duties professionally while maintaining phone etiquette. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, calendar management, and multi-tasking across various responsibilities. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for clients while supporting the internal team's efficiency and growth. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in administrative, customer service, or client-facing roles Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) CRM experience is a plus

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
