High-Volume Luxury & Exotic Automotive Dealership Location:
Boca Raton, FL Are you an experienced Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment? We are a premier luxury and exotic automotive dealership in Boca Raton seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional to lead our office operations. This is not a typical office role—this is an opportunity to be part of a high-volume dealership representing some of the most prestigious vehicles in the world, where precision, accountability, and leadership are critical.
What You'll Do:
Oversee all daily office operations in a high-volume dealership Manage administrative and accounting staff Ensure accurate processing of deals, contracts, titles, and compliance paperwork Reconcile schedules, monitor financial reporting, and maintain clean books Work closely with sales, service, and executive leadership teams Enforce processes, accountability, and efficiency across all office functions
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an Office Manager in an automotive dealership (luxury/exotic preferred) Strong knowledge of dealership accounting, deal processing, and compliance Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong leadership mentality with the ability to hold a team accountable Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume environment
