A luxury longevity and wellness clinic in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience. This individual will serve as the administrative leader of the practice, supporting patient scheduling, office operations, staff coordination, and overall clinic efficiency. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations and workflow Oversee patient scheduling, intake, and front-office functions Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience Support billing, record management, and administrative processes Maintain a professional, high-touch environment consistent with a luxury wellness brand Qualifications Prior experience as an Office Manager Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Experience in healthcare, medical spa, wellness, concierge medicine, or luxury service environments preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
