Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized office manager / Insurance Coordinator to join our team at Sphinx Dental, MUST
HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE
. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience submitting and processing claims.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and company policies
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Management of all financial aspects of a practice
  • Managing insurance claims
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a dental office is a must
  • Strong proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed
