Orthodontic Office Manager

Company Overview Orthodontic Specialists of Florida has orthodontic offices throughout Florida. We are focused on high quality patient care at a reasonable price for our orthodontic patients. Summary As an Office Manager , you will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of a busy, growing orthodontic office. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. Marketing to attract new patients and get them signed to start contracts. Supervise front desk personnel and interact with our support team to maximize productivity. Occasionally leave the office for marketing, take deposits to the bank, etc. Ensure the office is properly staffed and trained. Handle patient complaints, financial arrangements and other more-involved patient issues. Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Be able to read patient and insurance ledgers and handling insurance preparation and filing. Qualifications Proven experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong administrative skills with a focus on organization and efficiency. Must be able to read and understanding basic financial ledgers and statistics Strong communication skills for interaction with staff, patients, and vendors.
