Job Description
Business Office Manager Senior Living Community | Daytona Beach / Ormond Beach / Palm Coast Area A well-established senior living community is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to support the day-to-day administrative, financial, and team member-related operations of the community. This role plays an important part in keeping the community running smoothly by supporting business office functions, team members, and leadership with a high level of organization, follow-through, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, and collections processes Oversee accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, and timely payment of vendors Support payroll coordination and ensure accuracy of team member records Assist with recruiting efforts including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview coordination Coordinate onboarding for new team members, including paperwork, orientation support, and system setup Maintain team member files and ensure compliance with required documentation Support leaders with scheduling processes and general team member administration Assist with team member engagement efforts, recognition, and retention initiatives Serve as a resource for team members regarding HR-related questions and processes Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks Partner with community leadership to support overall operationsQualifications:
Previous experience in business office, administrative, HR, or financial roles (senior living experience a plus) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Professional, approachable, and service-focused This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a structured role, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and values supporting both team members and residents in a collaborative environment.Pay:
