Job Description:
Executive Assistant/office manager We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage a wide variety of administrative and operational responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Handle correspondence, phone calls, and day-to-day executive support Assist with light HR duties including onboarding paperwork, employee files, and benefits coordination Renew and maintain company insurance policies and related documentation Coordinate office operations and assist with special projects Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed Maintain confidential records and sensitive information Support multiple departments and adapt to changing priorities
Qualifications:
Previous Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience required Experience with light HR responsibilities preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail Insurance renewal or vendor coordination experience a plus
