Lauderdale A fast-growing global organization is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support executive leadership and oversee daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and enjoys being the go-to person for both executive support and office management.
Compensation:
$70,000-85,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and international travel Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders Oversee daily office operations, supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination Support budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing Assist with special projects and operational initiatives
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree 2+ years supporting senior executives in a global environment Experience managing multiple time zones and international travel Strong Microsoft Office and calendar management skills Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail Must be on-site 5 days/week
