Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Office Manager to lead our Collision Repair office and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for all patrons. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, and coordinate with various departments to uphold the highest standards. Your leadership will set the tone for exceptional customer service, creating a positive environment that encourages customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer relations skills. Duties Deliver outstanding guest services with professionalism and warmth Manage intake and delivery procedures efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Handle customer and insurance inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly, ensuring a positive experience Oversee appointment bookings, including multi-line phone systems, to ensure smooth communication flow Conduct end of day audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management Maintain excellent phone etiquette and ensure all customer interactions reflect the industry standards Experience Proven experience in collision repair/automotive industry knowledge helpful Experience with daily audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is desirable Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle customer, insurance appraiser and vendor interactions with professionalism
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
