Job Description

Join Our Dental Family in Hobe Sound! We are looking for a friendly, organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator to join our new, locally owned dental practice! About the
Role:
As the first person our patient's meet, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments Verifying and processing insurance claims Following up on outstanding claims Staying on top of A/R Managing patient outreach and communications Providing general office support and assisting with patient inquiries
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a dental office is required. A willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential! We use Open Dental Software. Training can be provided. Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care are essential to succeed in this role. A friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:10-5:00 Some Fridays 8:30- 1 ish We are committed to providing the best dental experience in Hobe Sound, and we're looking for enthusiastic team members who are excited to contribute to that mission.
