About the Role Oxford Advisory Group is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist/Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for our Tampa office. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming and polished experience for clients, visitors, and team members while supporting daily office operations. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency. As a growing financial services firm, we value individuals who can take initiative, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a strong workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Coordinate front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with appointment coordination Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation Assist with office hospitality and client experience initiatives Support team tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service role preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience handling office equipment such as printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary: $45,000-$55,000 Full medical and dental benefits Retirement benefits package Paid holidays, including your birthday Stable Monday-Friday schedule Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity for long-term growth within a respected financial services firm
