$16-$22/hour (based on experience) Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our growing irrigation and landscape operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing customer communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Schedule irrigation service calls, installations, and maintenance appointments Coordinate with field technicians and ensure efficient routing Handle inbound and outbound customer communication (calls, emails, follow-ups) Prepare estimates, invoices, and work orders Maintain accurate customer records and job tracking in company systems Assist with billing, collections, and reporting Order and track materials and supplies as needed Support management with general administrative tasks Qualifications Previous administrative or office experience (irrigation, landscaping, or construction industry preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with CRM or scheduling software is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Preferred Experience Knowledge of irrigation systems or landscaping operations Familiarity with service scheduling and dispatching QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive team environment Paid time off and holidays (if applicable) How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed or contact us directly to learn more about this opportunity.Pay:
