Job Description:
A leading global private equity firm in Downtown Miami is seeking a highly organized professional who blends executive support with strong operational and project management skills. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role within a polished, fast-paced environment. What you'll do:
  • Provide high-level executive support including calendar, travel, and meeting coordination
  • Drive operational processes and improve workflow efficiency
  • Manage and track key projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • Serve as a liaison across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for senior leadership
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism What we're looking for:
  • 5-10+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
