Business Office Manager (BOM) Skilled Nursing Facility | Miami, FL A skilled nursing facility in Miami is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee the daily operations of the business office and support the financial health of the facility. We are looking for a detail-oriented leader with skilled nursing experience who understands the complexities of long-term care billing, collections, admissions processing, and resident accounts. Qualifications Previous Business Office Manager experience in a skilled nursing facility required Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay billing Experience with accounts receivable, collections, and resident trust accounts Understanding of long-term care admissions and insurance verification processes Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams Responsibilities Manage day-to-day business office operations Oversee billing, collections, accounts receivable, and cash management Ensure accurate Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay billing Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies Maintain resident trust accounts and financial records Coordinate with admissions regarding payer verification and financial documentation Assist residents and families with billing-related questions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations What We Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Stable and supportive leadership team Opportunity to join a well-established skilled nursing facility Preferred Experience Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF): 2+ years
