Full Job Description Job Summary Position Overview:
Dashboard Instrument Cluster is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee and optimize daily office operations. This leadership role requires a proactive professional who can manage administrative processes, support customer service operations, coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments, and ensure efficient workflow throughout the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization. Supervise administrative staff and coordinate workflow between office and warehouse teams. Manage customer communication, ensuring professional and timely responses to inquiries via email and phone. Oversee order processing, invoicing, and documentation related to sales and shipments. Coordinate closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipping operations. Develop and maintain efficient office procedures and administrative systems. Monitor performance of administrative processes and implement improvements when needed. Maintain accurate business records, reports, and internal documentation. Assist with conflict resolution and customer service issues when escalated. Manage office supplies, vendor communication, and general office resources. Support management with reporting, operational planning, and process improvements.EBAY EXPERIENCE , WOOCOMERCE EXPERIENCE, SHIPPING AND HANDLING EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in office management, operations management, or administrative leadership. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing office procedures, customer service, and administrative staff. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and business management systems. Experience with e-commerce platforms, shipping systems, or order management is highly preferred.
