This is a multi-functional role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office while supporting both staff and clients. You will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly, enhancing team processes, and guiding clients through important stages of their immigration journey. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative and HR experience, a background in immigration law, excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism. Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures. Oversee digital program integrations and management as necessary. Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and internal communications. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding processes. Administer payroll coordination, benefits, and leave tracking. Address employee relations matters and support performance management processes. Provide exceptional customer service support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email. Oversee and manage a caseload of immigration matters. Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and documentation. Maintain organized and up-to-date case files and tracking systems. Qualifications Experience in office management and HR functions Experience in immigration law as a legal assistant, paralegal, form preparer, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Drive Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy including data entry, filing systems, and general office technology Must speak
