This role is essential to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and keeping the office running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
The Candidate MUST be Bilingual (Spanish and English) Oversee office organization and ensure an orderly, well-structured work environment. Assist the President/CEO in the day-to-day operation of the firm and keeping track of his calendar and obligations. Assist in sales, bookeeping, general office matters, and office support. Manage file admissions, including sorting, filing, and record-keeping. Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy. Prepare, issue, and coordinate the distribution of checks and other important documents. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Prior experience in office administration is a plus. This is a FULL time position, (Monday - Friday 9:00AM until 6:00 PM) ideal for individuals who are organized, reliable, and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.
