Job Description

Better teams. Better care. Better outcomes. With P26 Dental Group PLLC , excellent care starts with excellent teams-which is why we foster a strong sense of belonging and support those who make it happen. When we thrive, so do our patients. Here, you're part of something bigger: a better way forward that puts people first. We're a tight-knit, passionate crew-teaming up, sparking fresh ideas, and always bringing the energy. #AlignYourFuture Are you a natural leader who loves bringing out the best in people and keeping things running smoothly? Our dental practice is looking for an Office Manager who can balance great patient experiences with strong team support and efficient operations. What You'll Do Keep the practice running smoothly so patients and providers have a great experience every day. Lead, coach, and support a talented team while helping them grow and succeed. Make sure we're staying on track with schedules, goals, and compliance standards. Oversee financial processes like collections, reporting, and billing support. Partner closely with doctors, patients, and regional leadership to keep communication clear and positive. Help hire, onboard, and train new team members so they feel set up for success. Foster a positive, team-first culture where everyone wins together. What We're Looking For Experience leading a dental office (bonus points if you've managed a busy, multi-provider practice). A hands-on leader who inspires teamwork and accountability. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills — you like to find solutions, not just spot problems. Comfortable with numbers, reporting, and compliance details. Great communicator who can connect with patients, staff, and leadership alike. Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems. What We Offer Competitive pay with monthly performance-based team incentives. Health, dental, vision benefits, and more! Generous paid time off package plus holiday pay. Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing dental support organization. A supportive, team-oriented culture where your ideas are valued. The chance to make a real impact on both patient care and team success. Join us and be part of a company and team that values collaboration, growth, and delivering excellent patient experiences every day!
